The Wanch is a small bar in Hong Kong with live music 7 nights a week, primarily different cover bands.  Joven is a singer-guitarist who can be found playing live somewhere almost any night of the week.  The lighting at The Wanch is horrendous for photography, but with the Nikon D800 I am able to come away from the night with some pretty good shots.  The night before, I was at X-Ta-Sea Bar in Shenzhen seeing my friends Kaktooz play.  It’s also a place with miserable lighting for photography and that night I had the Fuji X-Pro1 with me and came away with a much smaller percentage of photos I was happy with.
